“Il punto forte di questo hotel è a mio parere la piscina grande e con dei lettini estremamente comodi. Il servizio bar ben organizzato. La camera un po’ piccola. Molto comodo il servizio navetta che porta a key West. ”

“Lovely place, with lots of different areas. Two pools and hot tub, all very private. Happy hour daily with wine, cheese and nut. Breakfast was a nice variety. Location is walkable to all major tourist sites and eateries. Pretty quiet, except for the roosters and pigeons, which are all over town. I felt housekeeping could have done a better job around the pool re bird droppings and the room. ”

“L’albergo è in condizioni buone e ben curato. Le stanze sono un po’ vecchiotte ma funzionanti. La posizione non è eccellente ma giusta per il costo soprattutto rispetto alla media del posto e la cosa fantastica è che dalla mattina alle 8 alla sera alle 11 c’è una navetta tutte le ore che ti porta in centro a Key West così non hai problemi di parcheggio. “La struttura non ha nessun accesso alla spiaggia ma ha un bel giardino e piscina. Però è attaccato all'aereoporto e quindi spesso rumorosi aerei passano sopra il resort nella fase di decollo. Queste due cose non fanno una atmosfera da vancanza, ma sembra più un business hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'accomodation il nostro appartamento era spazioso e ben arredato e la cucina con ogni confort e supellettile.”

“If you gave me a stay for free, I wouldn't take it. Room 107 issues, toilet was rotted off its flange and sewer gas was noticed, carpets were loaded with debris, shower walls had hair from previous guests on the tiles (all 3 walls), trip hazards throughout the deck area. Overall POOR conditions exisit.. Already located another place for up coming visits. ”

“Very bad experience. Worst reception service ever! Unpolite ladies at the front desk. I have never seen anything like this before. Ridicolous breakfast. Small and uncomfortable beds. We have not been treated as guests but as enemies from the first moment. We asked the reception lady for the nicest beach and the answer was "there is one nearby if you don't like it it's your problem" looking at her phone and not at us. Small and dirty pool. “Such a disappointment. In a beautiful place like Key West, the room was depressing and honestly beyond terrible. I have stayed in highway motels with better rooms and amenities. The elevator was broken, so we had to drag our suitcases up three floors, which made the experience even worse. The room itself was small and dark, with windows facing basically nowhere, so it felt closed off and gloomy. The stone flooring made it more unpleasant.
